Our dress code is black tie optional. We invite you to dress in formal attire for our celebration in the mountains. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, but a dark suit and sophisticated cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate. Dress to impress! Please keep in mind that it will be winter in New Hampshire. Feel free to incorporate warm layers and stylish outerwear as the ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting)

Our ceremony will take place on the deck at the Pavilion (weather permitting). Expect cold winter mountain weather! Please bring a warm jacket for the ceremony. There will also be fire pits and heaters during the reception and welcome party. Bring warm coats, boots and layers for any outdoor exploring!

Shuttles will be provided from the lodging (houses and hotel blocks) at Owl's Nest to the venue and after party. It is also walking distance to the lodging. If you prefer to stay outside of Owl's Nest, there will not be transportation to and from outside hotels.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation envelope & your RSVP will designate the # of people invited from your party. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only celebration!

Yes, there will be parking for all events. The welcome party and reception are at separate locations on the property. Please follow the signs to direct you to the correct location.

Please arrive by 4pm to find your seat so that we can begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm.

Please kindly reply to your formal invitation no later than January 5th.

Yes, bundle up for the ceremony that will take place outdoors weather permitting. We will have coat check for the reception.
